Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cook4.fun and everything offered through it (the “Service”). cook4.fun is a non-custodial interface to public, immutable smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. You interact with the blockchain directly, from your own wallet. We never take custody of your funds, never hold your keys, and cannot move, freeze, or recover your assets. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Trading crypto tokens — memecoins in particular — is extremely high risk. Most coins here have no intrinsic value, no utility, no team, and no roadmap; they exist for entertainment and speculation. You can lose the entire value of anything you buy, quickly and permanently. Never spend more than you can afford to lose. We are not your broker, agent, or advisor, and nothing here is financial advice.
1.Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms, and that you are entering into a binding agreement. To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you act for a company or other entity, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
You must not use the Service if you are located in, resident in, or a citizen or agent of, any jurisdiction where using the Service would be unlawful, or if you are subject to sanctions or listed on any restricted-party or sanctions list maintained by any government or international body. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are.
2.What cook4.fun is (and is not)
cook4.fun is a front-end that helps you create and trade tokens that live on the Uniswap protocol (V4) on Robinhood Chain. When you launch or trade a coin, you sign and broadcast a transaction to public smart contracts from your own wallet. All trades execute on-chain against Uniswap liquidity.
cook4.fun is not a broker, exchange, bank, custodian, wallet provider, money transmitter, or financial institution. We do not operate an order book, do not match trades, do not custody or control user funds at any time, and have no fiduciary relationship or obligation to you. We may also transact through the same public contracts ourselves, and are under no obligation to disclose our own activity.
3.No financial advice
Nothing on cook4.fun is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Prices, market caps, charts, estimates, and other figures shown are informational, may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete, and must not be relied on for any decision. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for any resulting loss. Do your own research and consult qualified professionals before transacting.
4.Coins are created by users
Anyone can permissionlessly launch a coin through the public contracts. Coins on cook4.fun are created by third-party users, not by cook4.fun. A coin's name, ticker, image, description, and links are supplied by its creator, and are that creator's responsibility.
cook4.fun does not create, endorse, vet, verify, or guarantee any coin, creator, or project, and appearing on the Service is not an endorsement. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, hide, remove, or decline to display any coin, image, or content on our front-end. Doing so does not affect the underlying on-chain token, which is permissionless and outside our control.
5.Risks — please read
By using the Service you acknowledge and accept that:
- ▸You can lose the entire value of anything you buy, quickly and permanently. Prices are highly volatile.
- ▸A coin's liquidity is its own single-sided supply on Uniswap. There is no guarantee you can sell at any price, and a large sell moves the price sharply against you — the amount you actually receive can be far below a naive estimate.
- ▸The smart contracts are immutable and non-upgradeable. Bugs, exploits, or unexpected behaviour in the contracts, the chain, Uniswap, RPC providers, or your wallet could cause loss of funds. Use is at your own risk.
- ▸A creator who takes a first buy, or any other holder, can sell at any time, which may crash the price.
- ▸On-chain transactions are final and irreversible. A mistaken, front-run, delayed, or failed transaction cannot be undone by cook4.fun.
- ▸Blockchain networks can experience congestion, downtime, forks, or reorganisations that delay, alter, or reverse the apparent outcome of a transaction.
6.Fees
Launching a coin costs a small on-chain service fee, and swaps carry a protocol fee. Both are shown in the interface before you confirm and are enforced by the smart contract. Fee amounts and the launch curve are read live from the contract and may change at any time. Because the actual fee is applied by the contract, it may differ slightly from a displayed estimate (for example due to slippage or rounding). Blockchain network (gas) fees are separate, are paid to the network rather than to cook4.fun, and are your responsibility.
7.Creator fees and rewards coins
Each swap carries a 1% pool fee. A share of that fee (currently the majority) is attributable to the coin's creator, and the remainder is the protocol fee. These proportions are set by the contract and may change for future launches.
- ▸Creator fees depend on on-chain trading, the smart contracts, and third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee that any fee will be collected, distributed, or reach any particular amount, and we are not liable for on-chain failures, congestion, or technical issues that prevent collection or payout.
- ▸At launch, a creator may permanently split their fee share among one or more wallets. A coin's fee split is fixed at launch and can never be changed by anyone, including us — buyers can rely on it. We do not control how any recipient ultimately uses or shares those fees; such arrangements are strictly between you and those third parties.
- ▸A coin may instead be launched as a rewards coin, where the creator's entire fee share is permanently redirected to holders pro-rata instead of to the creator. This choice is made at launch and is irreversible: the creator permanently forgoes that revenue.
- ▸Rewards are funded solely from on-chain fees generated by trading in that coin, in the proportions encoded in the contract. If there is little or no trading, few or no rewards accrue. Rewards are conditional and depend on network and protocol behaviour; there is no guaranteed, minimum, or ongoing return, and they are not interest or dividends in any legal sense. Past reward activity does not indicate future rewards.
- ▸You are solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax obligations relating to creator fees or rewards you receive or are deemed to receive. We do not provide tax advice.
- ▸You must not misrepresent a coin's fee split, reward economics, token economics, or any personal financial interest you have in it, and any public statements you make about them must be accurate and not misleading.
8.Your wallet and security
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase, and for every transaction you or anyone you permit authorises. cook4.fun will never ask for your private key or seed phrase — anyone who does is trying to steal from you. Your wallet is provided by you or a third-party wallet provider that is not affiliated with us; we have no access to or control over it or its keys, and are not responsible for its operation, security, or features. You are responsible for protecting your devices against malware and for keeping your own records.
9.Transactions
A transaction you submit is an instruction to the public contracts, executed from your wallet. You are responsible for ensuring each instruction is correct. Instructions are irrevocable: once submitted you cannot unilaterally rescind them, and we cannot reverse them. We do not warrant that any action will complete successfully or within any particular time. Where we reasonably believe a transaction involves fraud, manipulation, an obvious error, or other improper intent, we may, to the extent technically possible and permitted by law, decline to relay it through our front-end; the underlying contracts remain outside our control.
10.Your content and licence
When you launch a coin you provide content such as a name, ticker, description, links, and an image. You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights and permissions needed to use that content, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law. To display and preserve your coin, you grant cook4.fun a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy (including pinning images to IPFS), and display that content in connection with the Service. We may remove, hide, or refuse any content at our sole discretion.
11.Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- ▸break any law or regulation, launder money, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions;
- ▸manipulate or attempt to manipulate the market for any asset, including through pump-and-dump schemes, wash trading, spoofing, or coordinated on- or off-platform activity;
- ▸engage in fraud, deception, or any activity likely to cause disputes, chargebacks, penalties, or liability to us or others;
- ▸impersonate any person or project, or create or distribute deceptive synthetic or AI-generated media to falsely imply endorsement, authorship, or affiliation;
- ▸provide false or misleading information, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights;
- ▸upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, or obscene content or images;
- ▸use bots, scrapers, or automated means to abuse, overload, probe, attack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or the infrastructure it runs on, or to circumvent our controls;
- ▸use VPNs, proxies, geolocation spoofing, or other means to evade jurisdictional, sanctions, or integrity controls; or
- ▸use the Service or any coin to raise capital, or to represent an ownership, equity, debt, profit-sharing, or investment interest in any business or enterprise.
12.Your representations
Each time you use the Service you represent and warrant that: every decision you make is based solely on your own judgement; you have full power and authority to enter into and perform these Terms; you meet the eligibility criteria above; you have the rights to any content you submit; and your use will not breach any law or any agreement or right that applies to you.
13.Third-party services and data
The Service relies on third parties we do not control, including Robinhood Chain and its RPC endpoints, the Uniswap protocol, wallet software, bridges, and IPFS/pinning providers used to store coin images and metadata. We are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, or actions, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. Any prices, charts, market data, or token information shown may originate from third-party sources or on-chain data, may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete, and are relied on at your own risk.
14.Data and privacy
To operate and secure the Service we may process limited technical data, such as wallet addresses you connect, IP address and request metadata routed through our RPC relay, uploaded images and coin metadata, and standard analytics about site usage. We use this to provide and improve the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Note that blockchain transactions are inherently public and permanent: your wallet address and on-chain activity are visible to anyone and are not private, and this is outside our control.
15.Intellectual property
The cook4.fun name, brand, and interface are ours and remain our property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial use, and no right to our trademarks or branding. Content created by users is owned by, and is the responsibility of, those users.
16.Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information shown is correct or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.
17.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, cook4.fun and its contributors, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, tokens, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, your transactions, any coin, creator, fee, or reward, any third party, or the smart contracts or chain — even if advised of the possibility.
Because the Service is non-custodial and free to access, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to cook4.fun in connection with the claim, or USD $100. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it, or the shortest period permitted by applicable law if longer.
18.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless cook4.fun and its contributors, operators, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or connected to your use of the Service, your content, your transactions, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or any third-party right.
19.Suspension and termination
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the front-end or any part of it, or restrict your access to it, at any time and for any reason, including where we reasonably suspect ineligibility, unlawful or fraudulent activity, or conduct that presents fraud, sanctions, legal, or integrity risk — with immediate effect and without any obligation to disclose our reasons. Because the underlying contracts are on-chain and permissionless, they continue to operate regardless of any action we take on our front-end.
20.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and you are responsible for checking it periodically. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change, you must stop using the Service.
21.Disputes, arbitration, and class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and cook4.fun agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and cook4.fun each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Before starting arbitration, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith for at least thirty (30) days. The governing law and the seat, rules, and administrator of any arbitration are those of the jurisdiction in which the operator of cook4.fun is established. If any part of this section is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
22.General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and cook4.fun regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure). These Terms create no partnership, agency, or third-party beneficiary rights. You are responsible for all taxes arising from your use of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
23.Contact
